an interactive installation: a wall with wood (or other kind) construction, door in it, drawings on the wall
dimensions variable
about the drawing abovw: brown ink on paper / dimensions: 33 / 17,8 cm
Wall made of cardboard or paper (supported by a wooden structure) divides the gallery space into two parts. In the wall there is a functioning door through, which visitors can go to a neighboring area (ie behind the scenes of "high" art). In wall, are made special slits through which is drawn pajamas. On the front facade of the wall are only visible collar, cuffs and some parts of the artist's pajama trousers, the rest is painted and accompanied by texts in cartoon bubbles (self-portrait in pajamas and criticizing viewer). On the inside (dusty and covered with cobwebs) side of the wall besides strengthening wooden structure can be seen the rest of pajamas and drawn commenting tour/guide, who is actually a student studying for art-history. Also from time to time behind the wall can be seen gallerist behind her desk. (Please look carefully preparatory drawings and accompanying text!)
Actually, this is not exactly a work dedicated to the backstage of art. Then: what does the proposed installation aim to show to the viewers?? (They must understand it by themselves.) The author dimly perceived a deep sense in that unrealized work, but even he is unable to explain it at this moment, although, he is not a person, who lacks the gift-word.
