A SPHERE, MADE BY GARBAGE PLASTIC BOTTLES / unrealized installation / 2011 - ?
a temporary installation / plactic bottles, hanged up to the bottom, because they are full of air
dimensions variable
about the drawing abovw: colour inks on paper / dimensions: 33 / 17,8 cm
This idea steps on an underwater installation, which I created at the Kabakum Beach in 2003. Then, I collected garbage plastic bottles from the beach and cleared their labels and "moored" them very strongly, with a fishermen string to the bottom. When they are underwater and full of air, the bottles look like silver.
Later in the proccess of developing, I stoped on it to organize these bottes in the shape of sphere, making many different variants: with lights inside, as semisphere and so on. Finally, I decided to make a sphere for walking on the water.
